Canadian Orders
Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and an additional email including a tracking number once your order ships.
The average shipping estimate time is currently 2-15 business days (based on your location). Customers should anticipate delays as important health and safety measures may be applicable.
Leven Wear does not guarantee delivery times as these are subject to circumstances out of our control – please contact the courier with the tracking number sent.
For orders and deliveries outside of Canada
Taxes and import/ duty fees may be applicable and must be paid by the customer. Leven Wear does not cover any of these costs incurred on international orders.
Order pick-up can be arranged from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC. Please contact info@levenwear.com.

Return Policy
We have a 10-day return policy from the date of receiving your parcel to request a return. Items returned after 10 days from the date of receiving your parcel, can be returned for store credit only. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
You will be notified by email once the return is received and inspected. If the returned items are approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised it can take some time for your bank or financial institution to process and post the refund.
